1. Who we are
NaputiLabs ("we", "us") makes Claim the Floor (play.naputilabs.com), the NaputiLabs LIVE dashboard (live.naputilabs.com) and related services (together, the "Services"). Contact us at support@naputilabs.com. By using the Services you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 to play our games, and old enough to use TikTok LIVE features under TikTok's own rules to use streamer features. If you buy a plan, you must be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. TikTok
NaputiLabs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. Streamer features read public events from your TikTok LIVE (such as likes, gifts and comments) through a third-party provider. TikTok can change or limit how LIVE data is available at any time, which may affect these features. You remain responsible for following TikTok's terms and community guidelines on your stream.
4. Plans and payments
- Streamer Pro is sold for one TikTok username and unlocks streamer features for that username's LIVEs.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- A day pass gives 24 hours of Pro access from purchase and does not renew.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number.
- We may change prices. Changes to a subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we'll tell you in advance.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. Free use
Free accounts get a limited amount of streamer mode each day (currently 10 minutes on a real LIVE). We may change free limits.
6. Fair use
Don't misuse the Services: no attempts to break or get around limits, payments or security; no automated scraping; no harassment, hateful or illegal content in names you choose. We may remove leaderboard names and suspend access that breaks these rules.
7. Leaderboards and names
Names you enter appear publicly on leaderboards. Viewer names shown in streamer mode come from your LIVE and appear on your stream.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Services running, but they're provided "as is" and may change, pause or have errors. We may add, change or remove features.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, NaputiLabs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings (including LIVE gift income), or for problems caused by TikTok or other third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
