Hi, I'm Raymund.

I started NaputiLabs because the advantage AI gives big companies shouldn't stop at big companies. Everyday people and small businesses deserve it too.

From enterprise delivery to practical AI.

For years I've led technology programs inside large enterprises: Agile and SAFe transformations, IT service management modernization, automation and cloud migrations. Today I'm accountable for delivery across an Agile Release Train of more than 50 people on nine teams.

That work taught me what actually moves a project forward. Start with the outcome, break it into quick wins, ship, learn and build from there. Lately it has also meant bringing AI into how teams plan, build and deliver, and seeing how much faster good work happens when it's done right.
