Subscriptions (monthly and yearly)
- Cancel anytime. You keep Streamer Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- New subscribers can ask for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.
- We don't give partial refunds for the rest of a period after canceling, unless the law requires it.
Day passes
Day passes aren't refundable once the 24 hours have started, except when our Services had a problem that stopped you from using them.
When things go wrong
If a technical problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for, email us and we'll make it right with a refund or extra time.
How to ask
Email support@naputilabs.com from the email on your receipt and include your TikTok username. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
